So today I was talking to my parents about the workout I did - 20 minutes on the elliptical, and 20 on the stationary bike.
My dad goes: "That doesn't seem like much of a work out! A lip tickle? Pfffft."

I've been back at it too for a few weeks and am feeling great! :) Let's keep it up!!! Oh, and I'll probably never be able to say elliptical again without thinking of what your dad said!!
